We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Resolution Officer to join our team. This is a field-based role where you'll be visiting customers face-to-face, resolving issues, and building strong relationships that protect and grow the business.
What you'll be doing:
- Visiting customers on-site to resolve queries and complaints efficiently
- Using strong face-to-face customer service skills to negotiate positive outcomes
- Managing your own diary and planning visits across your area
- Making confident, on-the-spot decisions to resolve issues
- Maintaining accurate records using internal systems/CRM
- Working closely with internal teams to achieve the best results
- Handling sensitive situations professionally and with empathy
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience in customer service, complaints handling, or negotiation
- Strong face-to-face customer service experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy, field-based workload
- Good knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas
- Full UK driving licence
