Client Resolution Officer - Field Based (B65 0JU)

29,000 + Company Car Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 (flexibility required)

Looking for a role where you're out in the field, meeting people, and making a real difference every day?

We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Client Resolution Officer to join our team. This is a field-based role where you'll be visiting customers face-to-face, resolving issues, and building strong relationships that protect and grow the business.



What you'll be doing:

  • Visiting customers on-site to resolve queries and complaints efficiently
  • Using strong face-to-face customer service skills to negotiate positive outcomes
  • Managing your own diary and planning visits across your area
  • Making confident, on-the-spot decisions to resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate records using internal systems/CRM
  • Working closely with internal teams to achieve the best results
  • Handling sensitive situations professionally and with empathy


What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years' experience in customer service, complaints handling, or negotiation
  • Strong face-to-face customer service experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a busy, field-based workload
  • Good knowledge of Birmingham and surrounding areas
  • Full UK driving licence
