Job Title: Welder

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday (day or rotating shifts with overtime available)

We are working with a well-established global manufacturer experiencing continued growth and strong demand. Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced Welder to join their skilled production team.

• MIG welding and fabrication of mild steel components
• Work from drawings, jigs, and fixtures to produce consistent parts
• Operate automated welding and cutting equipment
• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards
• Work collaboratively to meet production targets

• Proven MIG welding and fabrication experience
• Ability to produce high-quality, repetitive work
• Experience using jigs/fixtures
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills

• TIG welding experience

• Starting earnings around £36k+ with guaranteed weekly bonus
• Overtime paid at 1.5x and 2x
• Monthly performance bonuses (£280 £350 approx.)
