Conveyancing Paralegal

We are seeking a Conveyancing Paralegal to join our client's team in Bristol. This role involves working under the supervision of the Conveyancing Team Leader to support the Conveyancing Department in delivering high-quality service to our clients. The successful candidate will ensure the smooth operation of the department by assisting with completions, compliance, and communication.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Build strong relationships with clients and efficiently communicate with them and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Conveyancing Department to deliver seamless service.
- Update the Case Management System and client records regularly.
- Monitor key dates for auction matters and new build sites to ensure timely completion of necessary documentation by clients.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and maintain accurate files.
- Autonomously manage a caseload including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of both freehold and leasehold properties.
- Monitor internal systems to ensure that cases are progressed regularly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Law Degree and relevant conveyancing qualifications.
- Experience in managing a caseload in a conveyancing context.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and maintain professionalism.
- Proficient IT skills, with a good understanding of MS Office and legal technology tools.
- Knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and the conveyancing process.
