Finance Manager

CMA Recruitment are working exclusively with a charity based in the Andover, Hampshire who are looking to bring in a Finance Manager who will focus on developing and embedding robust financial processes delivering high-quality financial reporting. This is an opportunity to work with a well-established charity and be part of a friendly and welcoming team.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

• Prepare timely and accurate monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and meaningful commentary
• Produce year-end statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors and ensuring compliance with Charity SORP and regulatory requirements
• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and cashflow reporting, ensuring clarity and transparency for senior leadership and trustees
• Maintain strong financial controls to safeguard charitable funds and ensure compliance

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience in financial reporting, including management accounts and statutory accounts
• Experience managing or overseeing a finance/accounts team
• Hands-on, proactive approach with strong ownership mindset
