Hours:
Monday to Friday
- 06:00 - 14:00
- 14:00 - 22:00
Shifts rotate: one week AM, one week PM
Pay: 13.71 per hour Overtime: 17.93 per hour
Job Description:
Barker Ross is seeking a dedicated Production Line Leader to join our team in Desborough. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of packers on the production line
- Ensure all packing operations are accurate and efficient
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards throughout the packing process
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely availability of materials
- Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to safety regulations
- Report on production metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Address any issues that arise on the packing line promptly and effectively
