37,000 - 42,000 + Full Technical Training + Company Van (From Workshop) + Overtime + 33 Days Holiday + 38.5 Hours Per week

Workshop based, with rare travel, commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Broadway, Tewkesbury, Worcester, Cirencester and surrounding areas

Are you an Engineer with an Electrical or Mechanical skillset within engineering, manufacturing, maintenance or similar environments looking to further develop and upskill through technical training such as robotics, working on industry leading equipment within a bespoke manufacturer, where you will gain a great work life balance through rare stays away, no call outs or weekend working?

This is a rare and genuinely exciting opportunity to further your career, through inhouse technical training and multiple trips to Europe all whilst working towards progressing your career and becoming the operations managers right hand.

The Role:
38.5 Hours per week, workshop based with rare travel on the road, typically 1 night away per month.
Service, Repair, Rebuild and Remote Technical support to customers across the UK
Full Technical Training and scope to further progress
