Monday - Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: 90- 120 per day (depending on experience)

We are working with a well-regarded Secondary School in Witham, rated GOOD by Ofsted, that is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor. This Witham school is committed to delivering high-quality education and ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of teaching staff, supporting students to achieve their full potential across Key Stages.

Job Overview:
This school caters for students aged 11-16.
Full-time, Monday - Friday, Cover Supervisor role.
Deliver pre-set lessons across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Ensure students remain on task and complete assigned work.
Provide support and guidance to students where required.
Report back to teaching staff on student progress and behaviour.
Work collaboratively with SLT, teachers, and support staff.
