Pay: 13.91 - 17.39 per hour

• Audit labels, processes, and hygiene records to ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Conduct temperature checks on products, equipment, hand wash stations, and environments.
• Collect samples for microbiological, chemical, and quality testing.
• Carry out calibration checks on equipment and report any issues.
• Complete pre-operational hygiene inspections before production begins.
• Assist with GMP and factory audits to ensure continuous food safety compliance.
• Monitor the factory floor to identify and resolve any potential quality issues.
• Record and report non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are taken.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to meet specifications.
• Carry out raw material intake checks to ensure products meet supplier standards.
• Complete glass and plastic audits to prevent contamination risks.

• Level 2 Food Safety qualification (preferred)
• Experience in FMCG or food production (ideal)
• Reliable, flexible, and ready to learn and grow
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality standards
