Site Manager Planned Works (Kitchens & Bathrooms)

£32.00 per hour (CIS)
Minimum 3 months (with strong potential to extend)

We re looking for a confident and driven Site Manager to take the lead on a planned works programme focused on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across social housing properties in the Walsall/Bloxwich area.

This is a great opportunity to step into a well-running project with consistent work, strong support, and the chance to secure a longer-term contract.

What you ll be doing:

• Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied properties

• Overseeing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered on time and to a high standard

• Maintaining health & safety compliance at all times

• Liaising with tenants, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience

• Driving quality and programme performance across kitchen and bathroom installations

What we re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned works / social housing

• Strong background in kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes

• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain programme deadlines

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Must have SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Gold Card or above)
