Description

Legal Cashier responsibilities:

  • Process client and office account payments, including receipts and disbursements
  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Handle billing processes and maintain up-to-date financial records
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements
  • Manage client and supplier queries related to financial transactions
  • Assist with month-end and year-end financial reporting processes
  • Support the accounts team in maintaining accurate financial systems and controls
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner

Profile

A successful Legal Cashier should have:

  • A strong understanding of accounting and finance principles
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy in financial data management.
  • Knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as SAR
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Strong communication skills to handle client and supplier interactions

Job Offer

  • Salary: £35,000 to £38,000 per annum, depending on experience
