Plant Controller Manufacuring Group £80,000-£95,000 plus bonus Your new role As Plant Controller, you will take full ownership of the divisional finance function, acting as a key member of the senior leadership team and a strategic partner to both divisional and group leadership. This is a senior, autonomous role with responsibility for shaping financial strategy, driving performance and supporting operational and commercial decision-making. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a board-facing leadership role with responsibility for a team of approximately 27 engineers and an annual R&D budget of circa 12 million.
