A successful Head of Internal Communications & Engagement should have:
Proven experience in internal communications lead role. Either as a Head of internal communications, or 'senior' Communications Manager role.
Strong knowledge of communication strategies and engagement frameworks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
