CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established, multi-site UK organisation to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis, based from its Southampton, Hampshire office. The business is private-equity backed and entering a significant phase of growth and transformation. As part of this journey, the finance function is evolving to deliver deeper insight and stronger commercial support, including the implementation of a new ERP system and enhancements to reporting and controls. What will the Finance Business Partner role involve? Producing timely and accurate monthly management accounts with clear analysis and commentary Delivering commercial reporting that explains revenue, margin, cost and working capital performance Supporting budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting across multiple departments and locations Providing financial analysis, modelling and scenario planning to support business cases and investment decisions Playing an active role in finance transformation projects, including system implementation and reporting improvements What do you need to succeed? This role would suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working close to the business and influencing outcomes. ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification, be part?qualified, or qualified by experience Strong experience producing management accounts within a commercial environment Proven ability to business partner with operational or non?finance stakeholders Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, XLOOKUP and structured financial models What s on offer?
