Location: Chichester
Hours: 9:00am 5:00pm
Salary: Up to £28,000 dependant on experience.
Please note - this is a 3 month FTC, with possibilities to be extended further but not guaranteed at this time. The RoleThis is a varied and integral position, supporting the preparation of quotations, management of service contracts, and day-to-day commercial administration.
You will work closely with internal teams and clients, making strong communication skills and attention to detail essential for success.
Key Responsibilities - Preparing and issuing accurate quotations within agreed deadlines
- Managing and maintaining service contracts and related documentation
- Updating and maintaining customer and contract records within the CRM system
- Logging client interactions, quotations, and updates on the CRM
- Handling client enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks
- Assisting with pricing, costings, and commercial data
- Ensuring records and systems are kept accurate and up to date
- Supporting contract renewals and amendments
- Monitoring deadlines and helping ensure contractual requirements are met
Skills & Experience - Previous experience in an administrative, sales support, or similar role
- A proactive, self-starting approach
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Experience using a CRM system (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is advantageous
