As Customer Service Coordinator, you will take ownership of customer orders from the moment they come in through to the point they are received by the customer. It is a B2B environment, and customers expect accuracy, professionalism and follow-through every time. Your day will involve receiving customer orders, entering and maintaining data on SAP, and making sure contractual terms and pricing clauses are applied correctly.
