Graduate Quantity Surveyor

FBR Recruitment are currently working with a well-established and reputable house builder based in Southampton, who are looking to appoint a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. With sites across Berkshire to West Sussex, the role would be office based with regular site visits.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their career within the residential housing sector.

Depending on experience the salary expectations are 25,000/ 28,000 p/a.

Requirements:

• Degree, HNC/HND, or working towards a qualification in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
• Full UK driving licence
