What We're Looking For
- An experienced Junior Sous Chef or a strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
- Ability to thrive in a large busy kitchen while maintaining consistently high standards
- Positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Good understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
- Full driving licence required unless using the live-in accommodation
Your Responsibilities
- Support the large senior kitchen team in the day-to-day running of service
- Take ownership of your section during prep and service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Help mentor and motivate junior team members
- Maintain excellent hygiene, cleanliness, and stock control
