Renewable Surveyor

Zenith are proudly working with one of the UK's leading energy suppliers who have an exciting opportunity for a Renewable Surveyor to join their expanding team!

As a Renewable Surveyor, you will carry out domestic retrofit, insulation, and renewable energy surveys to support high-quality installations across the UK. We are looking for someone with a strong technical knowledge, a safety-first approach, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service while helping drive the transition to more energy efficient homes.

Job description:

• Conduct domestic renewable, retrofit and insulation surveys.
• Ensuring all measures are accurately assessed, designed, and specified for installation.
• Identify potential health and safety risks, assess issues and installation challenges at survey stage.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulations and company standards.
• Produce clear and accurate survey documentation using approved software systems, supporting installation teams with details, technical information, and material specifications.
• Deliver a professional customer experience by clearly explaining proposed works, maintaining high-quality standards, and supporting the successful delivery of energy efficiency projects.

Person specification:

• Proven experience surveying renewable, retrofit, or energy efficiency measures within domestic properties.
• Strong understanding of renewable technologies, health and safety requirements and quality compliance standards.
• Professional, organised and customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
• Full UK Driving license is essential
• Experience with MCS, PAS 2035, or Retrofit frameworks is desirable.
