The purpose of this role is to assist with the logging of DSARs, commission complaints, claims, and other administrative tasks for the Regulations team. We receive approximately 500 emails daily across multiple mailboxes that need to be reviewed and triaged. This also involves checking for any postal letters and actioning these on the same day, managing acknowledgement letters, and exception reports that need to be processed daily to ensure SLAs are met and not breached. The role holder will work closely with our CIC partner to support agents with daily queries and manage FOS referrals coming into the team.
