  • Prepare and deliver consolidated financial statements in line with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the external audit process to ensure timely completion and compliance.
  • Develop and implement robust financial reporting processes and controls.
  • Provide technical accounting guidance and support to the wider finance team.
  • Monitor compliance with financial policies and procedures across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
  • Analyse complex financial data and provide insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives related to financial reporting and compliance.

Profile

A successful Group Financial Reporting Manager should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification such as ACA or ACCA.
  • Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • Proven ability to manage external audits and liaise with auditors effectively.
  • Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements for multi-entity organisations.
