We are recruiting for a motivated Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen brigade at a luxury AA Rosette hotel on the Suffolk Coast. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy, year-round hotel operation with strong career progression.
The hotel offers a range of dining experiences including a modern restaurant, bar and terrace dining, afternoon tea, and private events. The kitchen focuses on fresh, seasonal British produce delivered to a consistently high standard.
As Demi Chef de Partie, you will support the senior team across all sections of the kitchen, assisting with food preparation, service, stock control, and maintaining high hygiene standards. This is a great role for a chef looking to develop within a structured, quality-driven kitchen.
