As they continue to grow they are looking for a Temporary Resourcing Administrator to join them on their journey. This role would suit an organised, detail-orientated individual with a knack for administration. This is an exciting opportunity to join a buzzing team in the heart of Newcastle where you will receive hands on training and support, with the possibility of a permanent position.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assisting with recruitment processes and candidate communication
• Maintaining accurate records and databases
• Providing general administrative support to all teams
• Data input into the CRM system as required
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure repeat business and outstanding recommendations

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills via email and over the phone
• A proactive and positive attitude
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and pivot with changing priorities
