Description

• Turn financial data into clear, commercial insight to support senior decision-making
• Lead planning cycles, including budgets, forecasts and forward-looking analysis
• Partner closely with non-finance teams to influence performance and outcomes
• Own month-end analysis and narrative, focusing on drivers rather than mechanics
• Strengthen controls, governance and reporting as the business continues to grow
• Contribute to strategic projects, process improvements and ad hoc initiatives

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• ACA-qualified (or equivalent) with post-qualification experience in a broad finance role
• Comfortable balancing technical finance with commercial thinking and analysis
• Confident, credible communicator able to engage stakeholders across the business
