The Role
As an Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as a professional point of contact while building strong client and debtor relationships.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing corporate client accounts
- Contacting debtors via phone, email, letters and SMS
- Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes
- Ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards
- Maintaining positive, long-term client relationships
- Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment
