Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join our highly regarded Financial Planning team in Staverton. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, high-quality cases and play a key role in supporting advisers and delivering exceptional client outcomes.

The Role

As a Senior Paraplanner, you will:

• Produce detailed, high-quality financial planning and suitability reports
• Support advisers across a broad range of complex advice areas
• Draft technical documentation and client-facing material, clearly articulating complex planning strategies
• Work closely with Financial Planners to deliver advice to both new and existing clients
• Liaise directly with clients, including high and ultra-high-net-worth individuals
• Collaborate with administration and wider team members to ensure efficient client servicing

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and a proactive approach:

• Minimum 5 years' experience in financial services, ideally within a paraplanning role
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential), with progress towards Chartered desirable
• Strong knowledge across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
• Experience with tools such as Microdecisions, FE Analytics, Voyant and/or CashCalc
• Highly organised, detail-focused and technically strong
• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively and use initiative
