• Experience in sales or operations within travel, or a similar fast-paced industry
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confident communication skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, clients and internal teams
• Proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellent client service

• Experience coordinating group travel or tour logistics
• Good knowledge of European geography and travel planning
• Financial confidence including budgeting, invoicing and supplier negotiation
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders

• Managing European group tour projects from start to finish
• Booking and coordinating hotels, transport, guides and excursions
• Creating detailed schedules, timelines and client itineraries
• Communicating with suppliers, clients and global sales teams
• Managing budgets, raising invoices and tracking project costs
• Ensuring all elements of tours are delivered smoothly and efficiently
