Looking for a flexible weekend role in a unique cultural setting?
Tate is recruiting a Retail Assistant to support the daily running of a shop within a historic visitor site, offering the chance to work in a great team while delivering an excellent customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a busy retail environment
- Engaging with visitors to enhance their experience and maximise sales
- Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
- Picking, packing, and dispatching online orders
- Maintaining high visual merchandising standards
- Supporting stock control, inventory checks, and store operations

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as handling stock
