Location: Cranleigh, Surrey
Salary:£28,784-£29,879 per year
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week (rota basis, including alternate weekends)

They are a supported living house based in Cranleigh, part of The Specialist Trust. Their tenants have a range of needs, including autistic spectrum disorders, learning difficulties and language and communication challenges.
They're looking for caring, compassionate people to join their friendly team. This position is to support a female resident and so due to their ratios for staff - They are looking for a female Supported Living Worker to join us. No previous experience is required - just empathy, resilience and a positive attitude. They'll give you a full induction, specialist training and ongoing support so you feel confident from day one. Because of the needs of their resident's physical, emotional and mental resilience is essential.
What you'll be doing
As a Supported Living Worker, you'll help tenants with all aspects of daily life - from cooking, cleaning and shopping to accessing the community, attending college or enjoying trips out. You'll also support them in their leisure time.
Sometimes tenants may feel anxious or frustrated. They'll equip you with the skills and confidence to support them safely and effectively, including Team Teach positive behaviour training (fully funded and refreshed every year).
Because of their semi-rural location, a driving licence and access to transport is highly desirable. You may be required to drive tenants or staff using your own vehicle (with appropriate insurance) or a company vehicle.
