Description

  • Provide high-level, proactive executive support to C-suite leaders, including complex calendar and inbox management
  • Coordinate international travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics, ensuring seamless execution
  • Prepare board-level presentations, reports, and briefing documents to a consistently high standard
  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communications with discretion
  • Organise and support executive meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions
  • Manage confidential information with the utmost integrity and professionalism
  • Anticipate executive needs and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Support strategic projects and initiatives, tracking progress and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Liaise with senior leadership teams to ensure alignment across business priorities
  • Identify process improvements and implement efficiencies within executive support functions

Profile

A successful Executive Assistant should have:

  • Proven experience supporting C-suite or senior executives in a complex, global organisation
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing high-quality documentation
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and resilient approach with strong problem-solving abilities
