Experience Required Although previous experience of working as a Repairs Co-ordinator / Repairs Scheduler within a social housing or commercial maintenance company is desirable, it is not crucial. Above all you will: Enjoy working in a busy and fast paced environment Have an aptitude for problem-solving Have strong administration skills and attention to detail Be computer literate able to use Microsoft Office, Outlook and Google Maps.
