Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Manager will take ownership of core financial processes while also providing commercial insight to support business growth.

Description
- Preparation of monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Ownership of day-to-day finance operations and bookkeeping activities
- Balance sheet reconciliations, including bank and payment platforms
- Cash flow management and working capital forecasting
- Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
- Analyse sales performance, margins, and profitability across channels
- Reconcile revenue streams across ecommerce and payment platforms
- Provide insight to support pricing, promotions, and commercial decisions
- Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, operations and supply chain
- Assist with board reporting, investor requests or fundraising activity (where applicable)
Profile
- Proven experience in a Finance Manager or Management Accountant role
- Strong understanding of management accounting and financial reporting
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Experience with accounting software (ideally Xero or similar)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience within ecommerce, retail, or a high-growth/SME environment
- Experience supporting commercial decision-making and performance analysis
