An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Paraplanner to join a highly regarded, boutique wealth management firm. This is a pivotal role within the business, supporting advisers across multiple locations while playing a key part in delivering high-quality, tailored financial advice to a diverse client base.

What You'll Be Doing
- Producing high-quality, compliant suitability reports across pensions, investments, and tax planning
- Conducting in-depth research into financial products and strategies to support bespoke client recommendations
- Supporting advisers in developing tailored financial plans aligned to individual client goals
- Managing the end-to-end client onboarding process
- Liaising with clients, providers, and internal teams to progress cases efficiently
- Ensuring all work meets FCA regulatory standards and internal compliance requirements
- Supporting advisers both locally and across additional office locations
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes and client servicing
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial planning or wealth management firm
- Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and tax planning
- Experience writing detailed suitability reports
- Diploma qualified in Financial Planning (Level 4) minimum
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A team player who can also work independently
