Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
  • Manage guest enquiries relating to bookings, treatments, dining, and other services
  • Ensure guest information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
  • Process online and third-party bookings efficiently and accurately
  • Log, manage, and escalate guest complaints professionally
  • Maintain high service standards while achieving daily and monthly performance targets
  • Support internal bookings for staff, contractors, and issue resolution
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider group

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach
  • Previous customer service experience (hospitality experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a team-focused mindset
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
