Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat
- Manage guest enquiries relating to bookings, treatments, dining, and other services
- Ensure guest information is accurate, complete, and kept up to date
- Process online and third-party bookings efficiently and accurately
- Log, manage, and escalate guest complaints professionally
- Maintain high service standards while achieving daily and monthly performance targets
- Support internal bookings for staff, contractors, and issue resolution
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across the wider group
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, professional approach
- Previous customer service experience (hospitality experience is an advantage)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Proactive problem-solving skills with a team-focused mindset
