Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking a Finance Manager to take ownership of financial reporting, lead a small team, and support strategic decision-making. Location: Birmingham City Centre Position: Finance Manager Full-Time Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 per annum
Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager:- Oversee the production of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a small finance team to drive performance and continuous improvement.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insightful analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Ensure robust financial controls are in place and maintained across the business.
- Partner with key stakeholders to support business strategy and operational decision-making.
- Support year-end processes, including audit coordination and statutory reporting.
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel skills
