Teacher of Science

Teaching science is a bit like running a magic show, except your tricks are real, the audience is allowed to ask "why?" every five seconds, and sometimes the laws of thermodynamics ruin your punchline. It's part performance, part coaching, part troubleshooting, and part cheerleading for curiosity.

• Patience, creativity, adaptability, and a sense of humour (especially when experiments don't go quite to plan!).
• Strong curriculum knowledge and excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and supportive team.
