Job Description: We are working with a growing and established business in Dorset seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office.

This is a pivotal role where you will support senior leadership while ensuring smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations
  • Manage suppliers, facilities, and office budgets
  • Provide support to senior leadership team
  • Assist with HR administration and onboarding
  • Implement and improve office processes

About You:

  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or Senior Administrator
