Description
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders, including diary and email management.
- Coordinate and manage HR-related activities, such as onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee records.
- Organise and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes when required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leadership.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate correspondence, and interview scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
- Manage ad hoc projects and other tasks as directed by senior management.
Profile
A successful EA/HR should have:
- Previous experience in an EA or HR support role within a professional environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude to handle varying tasks and responsibilities.

Job Offer
