What You'll Do
- Manage administrative tasks across the conveyancing process - from instruction to completion.
- Prepare legal documents, letters, and forms with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to keep transactions moving.
- Conduct property searches and handle post-completion tasks (SDLT, Land Registry).
- Keep case management systems updated and maintain excellent client communication.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in conveyancing or legal support (essential).
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
