Assistant General Manager Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading leisure and hospitality business for an Assistant General Manager to join their venue based in Soho, London on a full-time, permanent basis.

Fantastic company package include:
- Competitive Salary: £35,000 £38,000 per annum, depending on experience

As an Assistant General Manager, you will support the overall management and success of a vibrant leisure and hospitality venue, helping to deliver unforgettable customer experiences through exceptional service, food, drinks, and entertainment. You will lead by example, motivate and develop the team, and help create a fun, collaborative, and high-performing working environment.
This role requires a hands-on leader who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while supporting day-to-day venue operations.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support the overall management and smooth day-to-day running of the venue
- Lead, motivate, and develop team members through a positive and collaborative
management style
- Deliver exceptional customer service and memorable guest experiences
- Promote and embody the company s core values across all aspects of the business
- Support operational planning, organisation, and administrative duties
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure high standards across service, hospitality, and team performance
- Help create a fun, welcoming, and engaging environment for both guests and staff
- Ensure excellent attention to detail across all areas of the customer experience
About You:
As an Assistant General Manager, you will have strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team within a leisure, hospitality, or customer-focused environment. You will be highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with both guests and colleagues.
