Are you an experienced drilling professional ready take ownership and build a brand-new division from the ground up within a fast-growing, family-orientated civil engineering business with a clear growth strategy?
On offer is a genuinely exciting opportunity to join an established and growing civil engineering business as they bring their drilling operations fully in-house for the first time.
This is your chance to shape, grow, and own a new division. You'll have the autonomy to build the team, set the direction, and make it your own.
The business operates across utilities infrastructure, renewables including EV electrification projects, and new connections with ICPs and NAVs covering the South Coast up to Yorkshire. They are non-corporate, flexible, and genuinely invested in the people who drive their growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the drilling industry and the confidence to head up a department from day one. You'll need to be comfortable pricing jobs, winning work, and leading operations.

The Role:
Lead and build a brand-new drilling division from the ground up
