A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join a professional services organisation within their Business Support team based in Leamington Spa.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes, accuracy, and problem-solving, and is looking to develop their career within compliance and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with AML, CTF, and compliance audits, recording outcomes and monitoring corrective actions
- Maintaining compliance records, spreadsheets, and risk registers
- Supporting file review processes and ensuring actions are completed within deadlines
- Running reports and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance procedures are followed
- Assisting with audit preparation, including Lexcel, CQS, and SRA requirements
- Supporting onboarding queries and document verification checks
- Providing administrative support for compliance training initiatives
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to support the smooth running of the compliance function
- Undertaking general administrative duties as required
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience supporting a compliance or risk team
- An interest in technology and AI
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
