Summary of the role
A leading insurance brokerage specialising in SME and commercial insurance solutions are seeking a dedicated professional to join the company, as an Account Handler. They are looking for someone who will play a pivotal role in creating documents for new customers, ensuring all customer details are recorded accurately and entering on to the system and obtaining renewal terms for customers. You will be responsible for preparing renewal closings from meeting minutes, managing insurer and customer queries about their policies and dealing with account queries and credit control matters.
