Sales Administrator

Location: NorwichHours: Full-time or part-time (part-time across five days)Working Pattern: Office-based only (no remote/hybrid working)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and personable Sales Administrator to support a busy and dynamic Sales Team. This is a pivotal role responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the department through efficient coordination, accurate record keeping, and proactive administrative support.

You will play a key part in maintaining sales data, supporting pipeline management, and ensuring the team has the information they need to perform effectively. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will often anticipate requirements and provide insight and support ahead of time.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of:
    • Sales orders
    • Sales pipelines
    • Renewals and contract activity
    • Meetings and sales reporting
  • Support the creation of reports for senior leadership and Board-level insight
  • Assist with invoicing and liaise closely with the Finance team
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing leadership team
  • Act as a key point of contact between internal departments and external stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Positive, proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident interacting with customers and internal teams
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong administrative capability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and product information
  • Understanding of business processes and how they support sales functions
