Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with Service Delivery and Technical teams to ensure seamless customer outcomes. Identify risks, challenges, and opportunities across accounts. Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments. Contribute to ongoing improvements within account management processes and customer engagement strategies. About You The successful candidate will have a proven track record within account management in a Managed Services environment and be passionate about building strong client relationships and driving commercial success. Essential Experience & Skills Previous experience as an Account Manager or Senior Account Manager within an MSP environment. Strong consultative and solution-led sales approach. Demonstrable success in account growth, retention, and revenue generation. Experience managing strategic conversations with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of managed IT services, including areas such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Cyber Security, and IT Support. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business environment. Full UK Driving Licence. Personal Attributes Commercially aware with the ability to articulate value effectively.
