The Role:
- Leading QA and technical processes across the business
- Maintaining and improving quality management systems
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Acting as the key point of contact for audits and external bodies
- Driving a culture of quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Supporting and developing a small team
About You:
- Experience in a quality/technical role (manufacturing, food, FMCG or similar)
- Ready to step up or already operating at manager level
- Confident working autonomously and making decisions
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Passionate about raising standards and making improvements
