Sous Chef - Full Time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and passionate Sous Chef to join a prestigious hospitality venue known for delivering exceptional dining experiences and high standards of service.
We are seeking a driven culinary professional who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment and is ready to support the Head Chef in leading a talented brigade.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen
- Lead and motivate the kitchen team during service
- Maintain exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Assist with menu development and seasonal dishes
- Ensure food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP standards are consistently met
- Manage stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Junior Sous Chef in a high-volume hospitality environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for fresh food and high-quality service
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Food Hygiene certification preferred
