As a CBRE Plumbing Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems.

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Perform all plumbing repairs and maintenance on an assigned property or building.
• Install new construction equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Ensure proper installation of fixtures and systems. Maintain existing installations within the scope of practice for safety purposes.
• Maintain accurate records regarding work performed including time spent working on projects.
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations concerning water treatment systems.

• Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
• Impact through clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
• Provide Fabric and Mechanical support onsite - various site operational support.
• PPM Legionalla monitoring
• Contactor assisting

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Legionella Awareness Level 2 Qualification
• Unvented Hot Water Systems Qualification
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.
• Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
