Customer Service Representative - Part Time
Red Recruitment is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our client, an award-winning financial services company based in Brighton on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
This is a part time role.
You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their concerns, servicing their accounts, and delivering fair, effective outcomes. Every call is a chance to make a difference.

- Hours: Mon-Fri 10.30pm - 2.30pm

Key Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Handling inbound calls across a range of products
- Putting customers first and using sound judgement to find the best solutions
- Owning queries from start to finish
- Spotting opportunities to improve how they work
- Collaborating with the wider Customer Services team
Key Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:
- A customer-first mindset and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Office 2010, Outlook, and FCA/PRA frameworks
- Previous experience in delivering exceptional customer service
