My client is experiencing exceptional growth and actively seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist ready to take on a leadership role within their expanding, innovative practice.

As an Architectural Technologist, you'll play a key role within the growing practice, leading the production and coordination of detailed technical drawing packages whilst managing planning and Building Regulations applications. You'll coordinate consultant information, integrate multidisciplinary inputs, and ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and CIAT best practice across complex commercial, industrial, food, and logistics projects. Working from feasibility and design development through to technical delivery and construction support, you'll maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors, provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, and help navigate complex regulatory and construction challenges giving you genuine leadership opportunities and exposure to technically engaging, varied projects that make a real impact.

This role would suit someone with proven experience in an Architectural Technologist role who brings high proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, and experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages. Your excellent communication, coordination, and organisational skills, combined with your ability to work independently whilst contributing to a collaborative team, will help you thrive, whilst CIAT membership or membership on the pathway to accreditation, experience within commercial or industrial sectors, and knowledge of sustainability and construction detailing would strengthen your application further.
