A leading and highly regarded law firm in Staffordshire is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join its senior leadership team as Legal Director / Head of Commercial Property.

As Legal Director / Head of Commercial Property, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing an established and successful department. Managing a varied and high-quality commercial property caseload, you will work closely with a broad client base while providing strategic direction and leadership to the wider team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring and developing the Commercial Property team
• Managing and overseeing a diverse portfolio of commercial property work
• Maintaining and strengthening key client relationships
• Supporting and driving business development initiatives across the firm
• Contributing to the department's growth strategy and long-term success
• Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider business to deliver exceptional client service
• Supporting the development and progression of junior lawyers and team members
• Playing an active role in the firm's wider leadership and management objectives
